More About the Drift

Do you offer installation?

Yes, we offer free install and delivery to Fayetteville (AR), Oklahoma City (OK), and in Denver (CO).

When you order your camper or place your deposit, we will get in touch to figure out what works best to get you your new camper!

Camper Payment & Final Invoicing

Campers will not be scheduled for production until a final invoice is paid in full.  Call us for possible financing or payment plans.  Changes to camper orders may result in additional charges and delivery timeline.

What is your refund policy?

If you choose to cancel your camper order after paying the final invoice and production has begun, you will be liable for paying a $1,000 cancellation fee.

If you choose to change vehicle models once your camper build has begun, you will be liable for a $500 change order fee.

Why Do We Charge Cancellation Fees?

Madix allocates raw materials and man hours to manufacturing your camper.  This starts immediately once we receive your camper order and payment.  This fee also covers costs associated with transaction/payment processing fees and administrative work required to refund and reschedule production resources.

Damaged or defective campers

At Madix, we want our customers to be completely happy with their new camper.  If your camper arrives damaged or defective, we will support you to repair or replace damaged components.  We can ship parts to you directly for simple repairs that you can perform yourself (fastest), or we can schedule an appointment for us to repair it at no cost to you.

Why do some campers look a little different in photos?

Every Madix Drift is made to order; not pulled off a shelf, not built in a big batch months in advance. That means when we spot something that could be better like a bracket, a mounting point, a small detail in the build, we don't sit on it until "next year's model." We make the change and build it into the next unit that goes out the door.

So if you're scrolling through builds or comparing photos and notice small differences between two Drifts, that's not inconsistency, it's the product actually getting better in real time. The core of the Drift; the aluminum construction, the passthrough design, the weight, the fit, stays the same. It's the details that evolve.
If you're curious what your specific build will include, reach out and we'll walk you through the current spec before you order.
